Hi. I’m Dr. Jennifer Turner founder, of MAD COOL FITNESS. Congratulations on taking control of your health and getting healthy for good. I struggled with weight and an eating disorder for the first half of my life. I was not an exercise person AT ALL. I didn’t even know people ran outside on purposed. But by focusing on my thoughts and behavior, I was able to get control of my health, get healthy for good, and achieve MAD COOL FITNESS.
I’ve combined my 20+ years of living healthy with my Doctor of Public Health in Health Education and Behavioral Science, and my certification on exercise and nutrition through ACE (American Council on Exercise) into programs and content to help YOU to achieve MAD COOL FITNESS too!
